This refurbishment project at the Central Criminal Court, London consisted of a complete roof refurbishment of approximately 1700sqm.
The existing asphalt system was removed and replaced with a tapered warm roof scheme. This provided a thermal upgrade to meet current regulations and a new 20 year warranty.
