This build-to-rent residential development in Cambridge comprised of 373 new homes and consisted of 5,500sqm of waterproofing, insulation and multiple roof finishes.
A hot melt system was used extensively across the entire development including XPS insulation and a ballast finish. Separate areas required the installation of a green roof system with paving walkways and mansafe fall prevention.
